The pandemic will be remembered for many years and generations to come – for not only the rapid spread and destruction the virus caused globally – but for the knock-on and lasting effects of the lockdown on the NHS and key workers, as well as working from home, furloughing staff, home schooling and economic downturn.

There are other areas too, such as mental health and well-being, which naturally began to unravel as the pandemic took hold.

And, very sadly, the loss of so many lives.

It’s not easy for individuals, such as you and me, and companies, big and small, to move on from this difficult period. It may take years for us to see something that even appears vaguely ‘normal’.

But what will that ‘normal’ look like and how will we get there?

Our approach throughout the pandemic has been to plough on with projects and campaigns, as much as we possibly can, but within the restrictions set by the government to protect those most vulnerable, shielding and key workers.

We set about to encourage our staff to be the best we can be by maintaining a positive approach, adapting our approach and focusing on the customer at all times.

And, yes, if we are honest things were tough initially.

However, through our determination and adaptability – great leadership and dedication of our staff – we have not only been able to maintain our service levels but have seen an average increase in pipeline of around 20%, compared to the same period last year.

It is far too early to conclude what journey the pandemic will lead us all on next, but with the right attitude and mindset, we are positive that at IRSMarketing we will continue to provide our very best Sales Pipeline Generation services no matter what comes our way.
