The BEST Way To Teach Athletes Self Talk

Nearly every professional athlete I know uses self-talk to boost their confidence, improve focus, and enhance their overall performance.?


For example…


World-renowned mindset coach George Mumford who was also the author of “The Mindful Athlete”...


Talked about how he recovered from his severe addiction to alcohol by using positive self-talk.?


He had a problem with negative self-talk early in his life which he referred to as “stinkin thinkin.”?


Mumford switched his stinkin thinkin by using the power of self-talk and went on to become a mindset coach for Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, and Shaquille O’Neal.?


His self-talk methods were legendary and helped to build 3 of the greatest players in NBA history.?


Positive self-talk is a big part of our program here at Athletic Mindset…
