Pause, reflect, learn the lessons from each failure, take a break, find yourself, attain an attitude of gratitude, think of three things you’re thankful for each morning, get eight hours of sleep a day, eat two meals every day, exercise, eliminate your expectations, forgive all the people who have wronged you, forgive yourself, stop living in the past, don’t live in the future, live for today, appreciate everything around you, smell the flowers, volunteer, adapt a mindset of abundance, try again.
Life can be summed up into four sentences:
Be thankful for what you have and you will always be blessed with more. Once you take pride in it, that is when you start losing. Without expectation, there is no disappointment. Live life as an experience and you will have no limitations.
Then maybe you can add in a fifth sentence. Something to do with love. Maybe love unconditionally or something along those lines. If someone finds a quote that fits that description, please stick it here.
