Be the best version of yourself – Be Empowered Part 2

  Positive, Negative, good and bad, Yin and Yang are the two sides of the same coin and we are complete, happy and at ease when we accept ourselves along with our strengths and weakness.

So what lies between Me and my Happiness?

We women often consider and relate our happiness to the achievement of our parents, husband, children, sisters , brothers, and friends. This makes us more beautiful, powerful and tactful. In life we make beautiful relations with other people, we excel in networking and always reach out to help others in need.

 Have you sown the seed to make self- love take a lead. A super woman indeed

The second characteristics of an empowered women is -

2. Self Love- Acceptance of Yin and Yang - Its important that you accept yourself. Are you taking care of your inner self and nurturing the child within. How can you practice self love-

Cultivate your inner Image- The first step is being aware of yourself, your strengths, and what you need to work on . Be aware of what you are good at, what your friends compliment you for, what gets you appreciation, what do you find easy to do, why do people come to you for help, determines your strength.

On the other hand, make a note of what you can improve, what do others see as your weakness, which are the areas where you need some support? In our first part I discussed  about self presentation. Thus nurture your inner beauty to reflect that to the outside through self presentation.

Communicate with self- Think of the stories that you have been telling yourself. Is it about empowering self or being responsible for our actions or criticizing, blaming and finding excuses. Be kind to yourself and turn your self critique to self- appreciation.

Positive Body Image- Love your body- It’s your soul mate your friend and your home from birth to death. Have a positive body Image. Accept yourself as you are. There are somethings you cannot change, your bone structure, distribution of weight, and work on what you can, your posture and body care. No matter what your body shape is you are beautiful further learn the art to reinforce your best features and camouflage or counter that you do want to get attention to . A woman who understands loves her body and knows how to dress it attractively, exudes style and confidence and grace.

Balance Meal - Take care of what you feed your body the quantity and the timing.  

Gift yourself with Me time- Do whatever you enjoy doing. Painting, gazing at the stars, long walks up the hills, playing with pets, talking to friends, or just lazing and watching your favorite serial. You choose.

Accept your vulnerability- We all are perfectly imperfect. It is okay to not be the best cook, not to know how to invest, you are not here to please anybody. Be happy. Share your success and learnings with others, to empower them.

Be Open to learn- Learning is the magic tool that makes you better than what you were. Learn, unlearn and relearn.

Thus have a inner connect with your best friend, nurture, listen and feel the emotions. 

  Find out if you are your own best friend to ensure you are providing yourself with good self-love.
