Our R&D team developed Silicone OCA TS-108 with low modulus, which overcomes all the challenges industries have faced in the last decades with traditional Acrylic OCA & LOCA. Mainly focused on yellowing, Bubbling, Mura. The thickness ranges from 20um-2000um.
Weather Resistance:- TS-108 are weather resistant, very stable in temperatures between -40°C to 120°C. It also maintains stable adhesion force at low and high temperatures. The yellowing B value maximum is 0.2% while our competitor's value exceeds 1%-2%.
Automatic Defoaming:- It has excellent natural automatic defoaming character. When the adhesive is applied on the substrates there are chances to have some trap air between Adhesive & Substrates. As it has a low modulus it becomes very soft and flexible which gives the adhesive excellent wettability and helps trap air to coming out, as a result, there is no chance to occured a bubble.
Low Modulus:- Because of low modulus, the adhesive is very soft and flexible so it is very suitable for bonding curved shaped & irregular size displays. Also, the excellent wettability makes the adhesive more perfect & best choice for our clients.
