COWFISH

Cowfish has one of the most spectacular views of Shinnecock Bay from the inside dining room and its vast outdoor space. The menu features interesting twists on traditional coastal cuisine. Grab a drink at the outdoor bar or upstairs bar while enjoying the sunset and then grab a table in their beautiful dining room. RUMBA

The sister restaurant to Cowfish, Rumba is a special dining spot serving up a unique combination of Island-inspired food, premium handcrafted libations, happy staffers and a low-key vibe. 78 FOSTER

78 Foster Restaurant & Bar has replaced BackBar Grille in Hampton Bays. Enjoy Indoor and Outdoor dining combined with spectacular sunsets. 78 Foster has an fresh seafood selection combined with live music making this place a great night out. THE HAMLET

This local gem is a great place to grab your morning coffee, newspaper, and bagel, or fresh fruit, milk eggs, and other market staples. Newly renovated with a crisp nautical feel. Animals Welcome!

THE INN SPOT ON THE BAY

Legendary brunch and dinner provided by a French trained chef Colette. Amazing sunset views overlooking the Shinnecock Bay. Come here for sunset cocktails and then enjoy your dinner inside their intimate dining room. Top of my list of Restaurants in Hampton Bays.

SUNDAYS ON THE BAY

For a casual lunch or dinner, coming from the beach or the boat, Sundays is a can’t miss. Their twin lobster specials are a staple of Summer Dining in the Hamptons. OAKLANDS

The Gold standard of waterfront dining, Oakland’s offers innovative seafood & steaks in an elegant nautical setting. EDGEWATER

Some of the most creative dining available anywhere in the Hamptons. The Edgewater staff provides exceptional service. Great waterviews of the Shinnecock Bay. Gorgeous Sunsets combined with candlelit tables offers an inviting setting for the array of Italian fare, seafood dishes, sizzling steaks & gourmet pizzas. SHUCKERS

Shucker’s Lobster & Clam Bar is a family friendly, beach restaurant located blocks from the ocean in Hampton Bays. They offer casual outside dinning and plenty of room on the open front lawn for games and relaxing with the kids.

VILLA PAUL

A Hampton Bays institution, famously featuring the best Long Island duck anywhere in the country. Located on Main Street, Villa Paul offers an old world charm. A fantastic spot for quiet family style dining. Truly a Hamptons classic.

BUCKLEY’S INN BETWEEN

Buckley’s Inn Between offers a warm, friendly atmosphere and a “touch of Ireland” in the heart of Hampton Bays. Family friendly, with American & Irish fare. For the after dinner crowd, step into the pub to watch a game on the big screen TV or play a game of darts.

MATSULIN

Featuring specialty dishes from Malaysia, China, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam, each is a precise representation of the fare of its respective country. Located in a former bank, the interior makes for a romantic evening.

OUT OF THE BLUE

Enjoy fresh caught seafood in this casual dining experience. Take out or sit down. Specializing in cold and hot smoking techniques, these artisans are sure to impress. Children and adults will love picking their lobster from the live lobster tank. This is my go-to lunch spot!

CANAL CAFé

Hidden behind Surfside Modern Yachts, directly on the Shinnecock canal. Watch the boats return from cruising the Peconic as you experience a colorful menu and lively local bar. Always check the chalkboard for interesting specials and be sure to sit outside. Life is good at the Canal Cafe.

1 NORTH STEAKHOUSE

One of the best steak houses east of New York City. A great bar, featuring signature Martinis to compliment some of the nest hand selected meats anywhere in the Hamptons. Finish your meal with a decadent dessert. All served family style.

CENTRO TRATTORIA & BAR

Centro Trattoria & Bar is a farm to fork Italian restaurant. All of our their menu items are made in house using many of the East End’s local, in season produce.  Centro incorporates family recipes including fresh homemade pasta, individual pizzas from their wood burning oven. Try the clams oreganata and grilled octopus – you won’t be disappointed. Top of my list of Restaurants in Hampton Bays.
