Worth a quick read of this article that appeared last night on The Australian’s website. It highlights the challenges of Leadership in Australian businesses and compares us to other countries – as I said, a poor report card indeed. 

Embedded in the article is a list of behaviours that if performed right, underwrite great leadership outcomes; if done poorly, the outcomes can be extremely expensive to your business.
