I really liked the Surprising Science of Manifestation. I'm a true cynic but could understand the benefit of optimism vs blind optimism and how that could help focus and self-image to achieve a change.

Great article on taking things less personally: Taking things too personally can lead to inaccurate thinking and negative emotions Personalisation is believing that you are the cause of a negative event without evidence Mind reading is believing that someone is making a critical judgment about you without direct feedback These tendencies can restrict behavioral options and increase the likelihood of distress.

Coworking for the win! It was a life changer for me. But I like having a community - comes with lots of bonuses like emotional support, new ideas (especially since they know your business), referrals, newsletter content ideas, etc, etc. Your environment is such a huge influence on behavior, intentionally choosing/crafting one should be behavior change 101!
