Do you want to engage the interviewer and set yourself up as an experienced expert and not just another job seeker??

There are some specific questions that comprise a good questioning strategy during the hiring process.

?

Among the best questions to ask your interviewer at strategic times during the interview are these:

What is an average day like at _insert company name_???

This lets them know that you are interested in the work and not just the payment for the job.

What do you expect from the team members who work in this position?

What exactly will the job entail and what kind of return do you expect over the course of the day??Job descriptions can be ten years old and meaningless. Knowing precisely what the job entails will be worth its weight in gold.

How will your expectations change over time?

If you are capable of adding more value to the job is that something that will be permitted. Will the job expectation be different next week or next month than it is now? In most cases the answer is yes, so it’s best to ask the question now.

Keep in mind that time is money and your hiring manager or interviewer has time constraints so don’t monopolize the time they have but do ask a few stimulating questions to ensure that they know you are going to be a valuable asset and care about the job that you’re going to be doing.
