The Second Best Question to Ask when Unemployed or when things go Wrong: 

"What does this make Possible?"

This is a terrific question, because it does not sugar-coat or ignore the Truth of a Situation, but it does challenge you to do the following: 

1. What are the Facts? 
2. What Options are possible? List 5 -10 options.... Brainstorm and Think Widely.
3. It is a Forward Looking Question?
4. It invites others into the Problem. Ask for ideas and connections.
5. It challenges you and me to think outside of the Box 
6. It challenges you to Get up, Out of Bed, Face the World, Put a Smile on and Make the World a Better Place.
7. It is an active Problem Solving attitude. Not a negative Others-Blaming, Self-Loathing Attitude.
8. It is Growth Oriented, not Stagnant and not Wishful Thinking.... Hope is a terrific attitude, but a terrible Plan! Winning the Lottery and having tons of easy cash or waiting on the Government Check is a losing plan!
9. You are in control of your Life.... You are Not a Victim of the Economy, Bean-Counters or a Jerk of a boss!
10. It encourages us to Look Up and Ask the Lord for Help!
