Yesterday we celebrated the first full year of successful cooperation with our partners in battery chemicals logistic chain Rauanheimo , VR Transpoint , MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company and visited the operations at Port of HaminaKotka Ltd . When it’s crucial to secure the best quality for your Customers – you need world-class logistics partners. Together with our partners, we decided to re-think the traditional model for export logistics and created a concept, which ensures that the quality of our #batterymaterials remains flawless during the transport. Terrafame battery chemicals are packed and stuffed to 20’ containers with automated lines +400km away from the port. For inland transportation we are served with energy efficient electric locomotives on the Finnish rail network.

The successful implementation of our logistics concept is truly a team and data management effort.
