1.????AU Leaders ensures that they?Create Equal Opportunity?for any team member and drive sense of belongingness through keeping their doors and hearts open for any sort of communication. One of our Dharma, communicate also pays the emphasis on creating a transparent communication at all levels/ hierarchies

2.????Reflection & Anticipation:?R&A is a quarterly initiative wherein the MD & CEO along with Head of HR of the organization comes forward and speaks to all the employees through a webcast. In this session he talks about the performance of the quarter that has just gone by and the planning for the next quarter.

3.????Leadership Development Workshops: We believe that we are creating not just a talented workforce but future ready leaders at each level who can work in any dynamics. To build such strong and stable leadership we empaneled Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutes to provide us with comprehensive talent development modules on which trainings for these leaders are being conducted. At IIM Udaipur, we recently conducted leadership development training for all senior professionals on Strategic Planning.

4.????Strategic Committees: MANCOM/ SMPs/ KMPs/ ELG: We have few committees at the leadership level that is created so that the management takes all decisions in discussion and in proper concurrence of the members of these committees the organization truly follows a participatory culture wherein view of each employee is considered through various methods.?

We do not limit ourselves in providing trainings only to the leadership team but also focus on building strong workforce by training new entrants, non-team leading roles, and first-time managers.

The induction process for new joiners is termed as “Pratyarambh” which means “The beginning”. This consists of following:

1.????Continuous listening platforms:?We pay focus on continuous listening platform, such as Employee Surveys, Great Place to work trust index audit, Partnership with Infeedo etc. that facilitates every individual at AU to share how they feel, what they feel, and why they feel through Townhalls, branch visits, one of the initiatives – AU Decaf. Based on these feedbacks the management takes decisions on important matters in the organization.

2.????Awareness sessions on Diversity, Inclusion and Belongingness initiatives:?Sharing weekly updates on what is diversity and how it is evolving within Indian Companies

3.????Unconscious Bias:?One of the most important cognitive bias trainings that talks about how our daily usage of statements and words in our daily course of action. In this training many workplaces behavioral aspects are being discussed.
