1.???Recruitment and Welcoming:
- New Hire Orientation Program: ADP inducts every new associate in the organization via a comprehensive three-day new hire orientation program which is conducted by our HR On-boarding partners in collaboration with the Senior Leadership team. Besides getting the joining formalities completed on the first day, the program includes a welcome lunch and a tour of facilities. There are ice-breaking sessions, talks, presentations by heads of business units and support service functions to help and provide associates a comprehensive overview of ADP.
- My Time with General Manager (GM): The highlight of the New Joiner Orientation Program is ‘My time with General Manager.’ In this session, the associates get to interact with our GM for 2 hours sharing about the organization’s strategy, market projections and his general expectations from the new joiners. This interaction is also part of our open-door policy to help associates understand that they can have a one-on-one conversation with any official of any level without hesitation.
- Meet your Leader: During the induction program, we introduce new joiners to their team leaders. Associates visit the business floor to meet their project teams. At this point, the associates are made aware of their responsibilities before reporting to work following the orientation program.
- Business Leader Connect: Business Leader Connect is a platform for connecting new joiners to their leadership team. This is a forum to interact with senior members in the organization and introduce themselves and meet the larger team. The leadership team also makes them aware of the product areas they will be working upon and how they are connected to the success of the organization.?This small initiative also goes a long way in fostering the open-door policy at ADP.
2.???Leadership Development:
- Emerging Leaders Program: This 5-week intervention emphasizes on enabling the participants to have a successful transition from Individual Contributor mindset to a leader’s mindset. 120 associates have attended this program in 2022.
- Frontline Leaders Program: This 6-week intervention is designed to ensure that all frontline leaders understand the organizational leadership priorities and align their talent engagement and development strategies towards those. So far in 2022, 75 managers have attended this program.
- Leader of Leaders: With the philosophy of Network is Net worth, this 6-week program enables all senior leaders to collaborate and work cross functionally by using strengths-based approach to develop and inspire other leaders.
- Executive Leadership Coaching: With the intent of enabling senior leaders take on more crucial and critical tasks and enabling them to be role models for their span, we have launched Executive coaching program for directors and senior directors. Transformational change, being the organizational ambassadors, leading from front, creating self-reliant and sustainable systems for engagement and development are the core focus areas of this program.
- Advancing Women in Leadership: AWL is designed for Women at the Front-Line Leader level and their leaders to encourage and identify ways to move their careers forward at ADP. This program focuses on Building leadership brand, creating a network and identifying the steps to gain sponsorship, building confidence in strengths and leadership skills, identifying ways to overcome challenges. 28 women leaders have attended the program in 2022 so far.
- EMBARK: Effective frontline leadership can create a work environment that fosters employee engagement, improves work efficiency. EMBARK is designed for all frontline leaders of the service delivery business division of ADP. It helps all the participants to be successful leaders creating and leading highly engaged, results driven and high performing teams. 165 leaders have attended this program so far in 2022.
- Wellness: With associates’ physical and emotional health in mind, managers at ADP are urged to encourage maximum participation from their teams in periodic activities like Zumba, chair yoga, micro yoga, specialist doctor virtual sessions, musical jamming sessions and more. In addition, there are various wellness benefits at ADP including up to 15 free online doctor consultations for associates and family members, on campus doctor consultations, seasonal vaccination drives, health webinars, in-house gymnasium, wellbeing counselling provision, employee assistance sessions on emotional wellbeing etc.

1 年Toot your horn although I am not happy with the way I have been getting my paycheck from the ADP and Ive been short hrs and lost days for pay. Really so upset that I'm going to be looking for a job somewhere else
