Best practice guide on Best fit HR innovation

I suggest that as an HR practitioner you’re currently facing two key challenges. The first is understanding how we need to adapt our activities to fit against all the recent changes in the world of work, resulting from the pandemic and broader digital transformation, including a more inclusive, people-centric focus; greater emphasis on teams and networks; support for hybrid working; use of new technologies and analytics; and maybe a more integrated approach to total talent (including contingent and other workers) too.

The second challenge is sifting through all the new models, tools and case studies and deciding what you need to change within your own organisation. This growing need to filter information and generate useful insight was the main basis for establishing the Strategic HR Academy. All our learning programmes focus on outlining and explaining the pros and cons of??all the most useful ideas and experiences, including some of Jon Ingham’s personal insights, not always available elsewhere.

The Academy also injects this need for filtering into our training as it’s not enough for practitioners to understand or even copy today’s best practices.
