Success Story

The Largest Power Transformers - We take pride in successfully completing the challenging engineering and manufacturing stages to deliver the first shipment of 533 MVA 525 kV single-phase auto-transformers. These transformers exported to the American continent are among the largest transformers ever produced, with a total capacity of 1600 MVA, featuring 3 x 533 MVA 525 kV specifications. This technological marvel stands as a testament to the combination of our expertise and engineering skills. These transformers, created through our advanced engineering capabilities and superior manufacturing prowess, reflect our vision to provide innovative solutions in the global energy market. Manufactured using DuraFormer? technology, these transformers weigh 310 tons and measure 12 meters in length, capable of withstanding temperatures from -50°C to +40°C and altitudes up to 2200 meters. We deliver high performance and reliability to the energy sector with our advanced technologies. This success underscores BEST Transformer's excellence in engineering and manufacturing, serving as an inspiration for our future projects.

Variable Flux Auto Transformer - Bulgaria's first three-phase variable flux voltage variation autotransformer, with a capacity of 350 MVA and voltage range of 400/121/31.5 kV, has been successfully installed, tested, and commissioned at Burgas Power Station.?
