The Code Newbie Podcast
As the name suggests, this podcast is one of the best if you're new to coding and technology. It covers all of the fundamentals you'll need to get started in a straightforward manner. This includes guides on a wide range of tech fundamentals, giving it a very broad scope. It's beneficial for newcomers because they can become acquainted with all of the components of their craft and determine what they need to do to advance.
In addition, it tells the stories of developers and programmers who are well-known in their fields and how they rose through the ranks. Having those stories is extremely beneficial because you can learn what worked and what didn't from their experiences.
Masters of Scale
This podcast is not as technical as the others, but it is well worth listening to.
Hosted by LinkedIn cofounder Reid Hoffman, the podcast looks at how people started their own businesses in the tech industry and how they made it work. He interviews founders and executives from around the world about their experiences and what they did to achieve success.
It's something you'll get a lot out of as a developer, as each episode they attempt to prove or disprove popular business theories. Furthermore, as a Tech Leader, they investigate potentially interesting topics such as increasing the effectiveness of remote working, creative hiring strategies, mindset, and company branding.

Honestly, I haven’t listened to this one as much as the others, but I have been told that it is well worth listening to.
