THE BEST PLACE

Do you know where the best place is? I always believe that the best place is where we are now and I keep saying this to all my team to motivate them. No matter what the conditions in your workplace are, no matter how challenging and difficulties you are facing, keep doing your best, give the best contribution because that's the best place your God gives you right now and you should appreciate it.

Many employees feel uncomfortable working in their current job but they are not trying to get out of the company and look for other jobs. They feel they are not getting support, not valued by the company or their boss. They feel unfairly treated. As a result most of them will keep complaining without trying to do self evaluation inside, demotivate and spread the issue and negative energy to other co-workers. They forget that this company that gives the best for him, the place to earn a living for his family. I do believe, the company where we work today is the best God has given you for now, so give your best contribution till the last minute where you work no matter what the condition is because the best place is where you are now. So respect and love your job like you will lost it tomorrow.
