The COVID19 Pandemic has brought out the best of many of us. To the medical community tirelessly working the front line risking their own lives to help our loved ones that are ill to the millions of workers from grocery store clerks, truck drivers, custodians, and restaurants feeding those in need all putting themselves at risk to help their fellow man, Thank you. Words will never be enough to show our gratitude.
This virus knows no boundaries. It does not care if you are young or old, what ethnicity or socio-economic group you are in, democratic or republican or what region you live in.
It has brought to light the bravest of the brave. Although we cannot all offer ourselves in tribute on the frontline as so many brave souls have, there have been so many opportunities to be apart of such an amazing display of camaraderie all fighting the same enemy.
From large corporations diverting their normal production to make much needed medical supplies, women and young children at home making homemade masks for our healthcare workers, closed medical offices donating supplies to hospitals in need of masks and equipment and volunteers making themselves available to those with compromised immune systems such as the elderly bringing the food and running errands for them. Be that light in the darkness for someone, anyone that might need a hand up at this time. A simple phone call or email letting someone know you are there for them can make a big difference in raising someone's spirits.
We cannot be there in person during this time of social distancing so let your family, friends, community, patients, and customers know that you are always there or them to help them overcome these trying times. Reach out and let others know you are there for them. We can get through this is we all do our part even if that means for you to stay safely at home.
