Be the best person you can be

Be the best person you can be

To live in this world successfully we need those reflexive behaviours are those which you have practiced so much that they have become unconscious. You don not have to think about them you respond to a situation in a way that is like what you’ve done before. If you want to change those reflexive responses to something your best self would do I have a couple of suggestions.

Try doing short experiments by doing short experiments you can effectively see the cause and effect relationship between your actions and the effect you have on yourself, the world or whatever you are measuring. When you put in the effort to see the result, more of your brain and body is engaged in the answer and more of your brain and body will use the results to inform your future self on what to do next time.

And from where you are today experiment with the next most obvious thing that would make you a better person. Tell others about your experiments when you’re ready to talk about it, some people like to share when they plan, some prefer sharing while they do them, some only like to talk about it once its done and they know the results. You do you those periodically reviews by looking back on the past year, assess what went well what went crap and how it could have been done better or what you would have needed to know to make a better decision or action at the time. Ask yourself what is a priority and can be fit into future plans for improvement.

Always keep a record, like a diary, journal or book of experiments, record it. Without a record it gets lost and keep updating the same regularly. Be well organised which is one of the most under rated characteristics that a person can have. Being organised means you can find what you need when you need it. What ever a person is passionate about they are most likely very organised around it, there are exceptions like accountants hating their jobs but having amazingly organised records and disorganised passions but its the exception that proves the rule. By getting organised you streamline processes and make it easier to make progress in that area.

Then experiment with what you think the best possible person would do, keep a record of it, review the results, get forever more and more organised. The best and most beautiful things in this world cannot be seen or even heard, but must be felt with the heart. Being the best for everyone else really sounds fantastic and delusional. What can be done in this context is be yourself... And believe in the uniqueness of your personality and like all feelings that exist in human heart, perfection though it sounds a myth,it isn't actually.

It is finally very relative and is the source of life and energy still it won't shine at night by judging someone out of his personality is unfair and the same applies while judging yourself. Be eager to opportunities in life, value people more than opportunities, respect your self esteem and your family. Most importantly believe and respect yourself, for the man you are. Change bad habits.. But don't let critics change you Be the best for yourself and the people who love you. While the rest folk, neither they did care for you, nor they ever will. Cheers!
