1 年Totally true, all these items make you fed up with it when you invest yourself to carry out a mission, that you have better results than expected by your hierarchy. And suddenly your hierarchy becomes jealous of your results and begins to harass you to slow you down and regain absolute control. It's called "preferring chaos to keep power". If I were younger maybe I will try to negociate, but as older as I am, I prefer to quit. This is unfortunately not the first time that I suffered this list of items on very complex projects to carry out. One day a psychologist colleague of mine told me "you scare them, you are too efficient". I will not sorry myself to be hard working and efficient. There was only one organization which praise my effectiveness: Air Army because whoever you were the mission is the primary goal before all egos. I will soon leave another university, maybe it is time for me to go back to private practice.
