BEST PAELLA IN PUERTO ANDRAITX

This past week I read an article in the local press about the best paellas in Mallorca. Obviously, it is a question of taste but personally I think it was not a correct selection, I insist, respecting all the criteria. I know that many of you, clients, colleagues and friends spend your holidays in Mallorca and that many of you also visit the Port of Andraitx as one of the most beautiful places on the island and icon of local gastronomy.

As a local, Mallorcan and paella lover, I want you to have a proper tip about paellas and that's why here i share with you all my top 3 restaurants where to have paella in Puerto Andraitx: 1- Beach club Gran folies, 2- Restaurante el Coche, 3- Restaurante Vent de Tramuntana. Three diferent restaurant styles but with a common exceptional taste for coocking rice. You can very easy google them and read more about to decide when to go, day, night, dress code etc..

Remember three things about paella, an authentic paella is not yellow, it is brown, a tasty paella is not high, it has a finger of thickness as a maximum, and finally, you will never find a good paella on a restaurant where you do not see local people eating.
