As a Northside Hospital employee, I’m proud to share the news that Northside has won a 2019 Best Outlook Award from Comparably, a workplace compensation and culture site! The award recognizes the top 50 large and small companies with the brightest future according to employees. Northside Hospital placed 17th, which is a fantastic recognition from our team.

"Comparably's Best Outlook Award is a measure of how employees positively rate the future success of their company," said Jason Nazar, Comparably CEO. "Northside employees rank their organization in the top five percent of similarly-sized companies which is an indication of the bright future ahead.
