Introduction

During our day to day life inside organisation we are always met with a lot of issues, most of them are correlated to interpersonal arguments, ego, jealousy, suspicious natures, and insecurity of the employment and behavioural disorders of the employees. 

The nature and behaviour of the employees are always having a connection with the socio economic backgrounds, where they raised from. The socio engineering theory says that Social Learning theory proposes that rewards aren't the sole force behind creating motivation. Thoughts, beliefs, morals, and feedback all help to motivate us. Three other ways in which we learn are vicarious experience, verbal persuasion, and physiological states. Modelling, or the scenario in which we see someone's behaviours and adopt them as our own, aide the learning process as well as mental states and the cognitive process. In context of the theory the educational qualifications will not alone serve any purpose to raise the manners of a professional.

This is the major reason for market leading multinational companies validate the socio economic back ground of an employ before his inception. Most of the time the candidates will criticise the HR team, as they pretends racists, but on the other hand this is the fact which a good HR team trying to filter out.

We can see that bribery is always associated to government institution, because the equal opportunity policy jeopardize the recruitment by including the one filtered by the corporates. On the brighter side corporates offers a very attractive package, which is beyond the imaginations of the government staffs. Other similar scenario is that the government employees are always those refers to be safe and generally don’t have the ability to accept any challenges, But the corporate employee need to be commitment to secure his position to the future. The dark side is the economic status of the employee, usually a person coming from an economically affluent family will not shred their dignity for some money. This is the basic psychology behind the filtering of candidates on the basis of socio economic back grounds.

As we can see, in the private entities the package offered to the professionals will vary depends on the bargain power of the candidate, so the same category employees may paid differently. The difference of remunerations for the same job will turn in to a professional jealousy, and will lead to unhealthy competitions in the work place.       

All the above aspects are conversed to explain the importance of adopting professional precautions by the young employees to keep away from this dog fights.

 

Self-SWOT test at the work environment

 

When you are joining at a new organisation you must do a self-SWOT test in accordance with your job descriptions, and corresponding environment.

Strength   

You must understand your strength to excel in your current position, you will get a grace period to showcase your strength.  

Weakness

Identify your weakness, may be its related to the ERP system pursued by the company, don’t worry you can overcome this by learning it in advance or try to give some digestible explanations.  

Opportunities

We need to grab the immediate opportunities at the first instance, because they will not wait. Long term goals, we will explore along with other challenges.

Threat

Threat will be always from the side of our most close colleagues, so no relations out of profession. Most of them will circle you with loose talks, but it’s always better to be a fool than be cheated. Always don’t live with your colleagues if you are away from your home. Joint stay with a co-worker will reveal your weakness to them and they may utilise the same in future

 

Avoid Chit Chat and politics.

When the first day of your office, if somebody shows more caring to you, don’t forget to pin him, he may be the newspaper of that particular office. Always don’t give any opinion about any colleagues regarding his work or personal affairs with other employees. Protect your own face, stay away from groups but be cordial with everyone.

Team player    

You must be a team player not act like a boss, win the hearts. If you are not feeling well with the atmosphere, build your own life boat and sail away. Always keep contacts and relationships and not create godfathers and commitments.
