The Best or Nothing

It all started back in May of 2005 when a few guys from Boston took on the challenge of becoming the new Management Team at Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted. A dealership that had struggled and was on the verge of shut-down was given a second chance to be the absolute best. That new team at MBNO knew that in order to save the dealership it would take guts, full commitment, and a clear vision. Our goal was simple: to be the best of the best, and the vision followed accordingly: “To be recognized as a place of surprise and delight, where world-class, engaged team members, regardless of their role, take complete ownership of our clients’ experience with the goal of creating lifelong positive memories.”

For our team, failure was never an option. We were dedicated to taking Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted from being on the verge of closure to where it is today. Our team, on all levels, committed to establishing a community focused dealership that was, above all else, dedicated to the customer experience. We adopted a set of sales commandments that have set us apart and allowed us to create lifelong relationships with clients that not only brought them to MBNO in the beginning, but have kept them coming back since.

Fast forward to today: MBNO is the largest Mercedes-Benz dealership in the central U.S. and has been recognized by Mercedes-Benz for 12 consecutive Best of the Best awards. Since 2005, we have worked tirelessly and developed a world-class team of dedicated, client-driven individuals who have continuously prioritized the high standards of our sales commandments and vision. Along the way, we have added Porsche North Olmsted and Cleveland Motorsports to our campus and continued to grow with the same goal of unparalleled excellence in mind.
