The BEST Hainan Chicken Rice ! WHY?

This is available at The Andaz Macau. This is one of my best cuisines I had tried in Asia/China... The Hainan Chicken Rice is one of my favorites; when the restaurant has one at a 5-star hotel （ even for M* ）, I must try it. Therefore I know who is the best ( of course by my standard ). Looking at the color of the chicken on the photo should let you know what I mean: the chicken/veggie/3 condiments /soup/rice are complimenting one and other - best combo! This is their sequence: food-quality / food-aroma / taste ... that leaves the good memory on your taste-buds wanting to come back for the second time!
