The best of the excellent best

Having agreed a series of interviews for last year's #SFG20 Summit, I'm very pleased to confirm that the feature of this post is the best of all the highly impressive and professional contributions made by the long list of contributors.

I've admired the many achievements made by Q3 Services for quite some time and was delighted when it confirmed that its CAFM provider Facilio had nominated senior product director Rupal Gokani to join Q3 managing director Mark Hazelwood, which was then further significantly enhanced by the inclusion of Q3 client Maximus, in the form of its director of FM, Richard Piggin within the interview.

There are always many benefits of including experts with different perspectives, but I've yet to see a better mix of knowledge and expertise, with all three participants representing highly respected organisations.

I would strongly recommend spending a few minutes listening to the many well-considered and informative comments made by all three experts and would additionally like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone for their generous participation, and to SFG20 for last year's excellent Summit, which will continue to deliver value for many years to come.
