Is There a Best Diet?

There is no best diet.
There never was.
There never will be.
The same goes for defining the best city, the finest clothing brand, or the most adventurous way to travel around the world. It’s highly individual.
Whether you opt to go for a vegan approach, all out for a carnivore direction or believe the Mediterranean ways of eating are what makes you thrive, it is all good for me as long as it works for you.
Perhaps we should stop using the word ‘diet’ completely. In its definition, it almost is the epitome of “limitations”, “cutting out”, and “don’t eat/drink”.
And we still keep on searching for the best diet. An insurmountable amount of Google searches led to the quest for the nutritional Holy Grail.
I feel very sorry for those falling for these caloric pitfalls and marketing gimmicks.
They try, they try more, they try again, and in a multitude of cases, they fail.
In order to enjoy and reap benefits, stay consistent. Whatever tickles your pickle.
Open for a non-obligatory chat when you have to head back to upgrade your pants size by a few sizes.
NB: And who says that food and drinks are the only sources for successfully dropping those love handles? Ever considered other factors?
