Best Deal in 20 Years!

At QLA’s Hard Core Seminar a kid showed his recent deal to the amazement of all attendees!

My QLA 25th anniversary is quickly approaching! And yeah, there are no sales, but Sally and I have doubled our charitable donations for 2018! LOL! We will leave the sales to all the other gurus! LOL!

At QLA’s Hard Core Seminar a kid showed his recent deal to the amazement of all attendees! Of course, I knew what he had accomplished! Quite simple - the best deal I have seen from a QLA mentee in over 20 years! This came from a kid, where I have been told you can’t do QLA, etc., because it was a former Eastern Bloc country with massive corruption, etc.! From a 36 year old kid, who previously had earned a living writing proposals for grants, with little communication skills! I could go on and on, why it was impossible!

What did you learn from your previous month's experiences?

This was the happiest month of my life. We formed the holding company (with seven figure capital OTHER DETAILS CONFIDENTIAL) ….. This was the result of 1.5 years QLA process. This was a big quantum leap for me. Thanks to QLA and YOU, from NOTHING w/o money I became the CEO and majority owner of a holding company, I led a world class board and we will close our first deal …. I will be the owner of a fucking hospital with 100 doctors and 150 other employees. Unbelievable! THANK YOU!

Another very good feeling that the banks want our deal like hell. This week I got an offer from the bank that currently manages the accounts and existing debts of the target company. They finance 85% of the deal, we got 2,5% fixed rate for 8 years, and an extra 300K credit line for capex. Debt service is gradual yearly with a balloon at the end. And they ask: how can we make the offer better? LOL

The taste of success is very good, it is like a drug I want more and more from it. I experienced what is real passion for my work. I enjoyed doing my “work” very much, I don’t feel that is work, this is my life! The worst part of the week are the weekends!

A funny thing: the news about our acquisition leaked out. The whole industry …. Are guessing: who the fuck is this guy? (me) There are conspiracy theories that I am a strawman/stooge of some oligarch or politician…. LOL

Every time I read this I get choked up! I still recall this kid sitting in my office telling me how it seems impossible for him where he lives, etc.!

Whenever I get tired of beating you fucking kids, I go to my default, which is the countless successes of you! After 25 years of pushing, pulling, punching and beating you kids across the goal line, I literally can see ever QLA mentee success flash before my eyes!

 Take charge of your lives kids! Life is not a do over! You only get 1 chance!
