THE BEST DAMN RECIPES! 101 Recipes That Everyone Will Love

I can't tell you how many times I have been asked to write a cookbook. Truth is, everyone loves my food and I have to say it's better than any food you will eat in a restaurant. It's so damn tasty, easy to prepare, healthy and the best. Of course it always helps to have the best damn sous chef which I do, the BUB!

I don't know however, if I'm going to write another book. Doing a good cookbook is a lot of work and does the world really need another cookbook? On the other hand, once you review my 101 recipes, you will want a copy for yourself. I mean, who doesn't love chicken wings and pizza?

If I did the cookbook, it would feature my favorite brunch (if you love egg sandwiches, you would buy the book just for these recipes); lunch (OMG, the best sandwiches); dinner and perhaps a couple desserts tossed in (like my beloved ice cream pie).

What I really love about cooking is buying the best ingredients, prepping well in advance and presenting the food that brings nothing but smiles. Anyone can cook using a ton of butter, cream, and frying, but the key is to make the most delicious food healthier. Take my rendition of truffle fries, crispy, tasty and so good you will eat the entire basket.
