The Best Business Move In 2022!

It seems as though there isn't a media outlet in the world that hasn't covered the fear threat of an impending worldwide recession.

No matter what happens.

It only confirms that building a Community is going to be your best business move in 2022.

Why?

People will continue to value (and buy) memberships and community courses even in the most challenging economic times.??

And it became even more apparent to me while hosting the Community Builder Mastery Challenge in early June. Right now more than ever... building your own community of value is your best vehicle to standing out from the crowd.

Allow me to share with you, three things that the attendees of the challenge taught me.

1) The world is screaming for micro-communities more than ever right now. Each day we had people showing up to interact with each other. They were getting a critical framework from me. However, what was powerful was the interaction between them. A community was built in front of all our eyes.

2) Each one of us is a master at something and has a movement within us that this world needs more than ever. And it takes building a community to get this movement known.

3) Community is all about creating something that people master something interesting together. When you can put that together, people will want to be part of the mission.

You might be asking yourself... can I start a community of my own?

The answer is a big YES!!

I highly encourage it.

To help get started ask yourself...

Whom are you fighting for and why are you fighting for them?

The answers you come up with always are a great start to defining what kind of community you want to build. Here is an example of a community formed from answering that question.

Small Business Owner Community

We bring together thirty-something men new to small business ownership to make the best, most well-informed decisions about launching and growing our businesses, so that we can successfully build something we can be proud of, and have a positive and meaningful impact on our customers and employees while realizing clear financial goals for ourselves.

There is so much power in that community, as it's targeted at a specific niche and has specific outcomes members can expect for being part of this community. This brings me to a future newsletter to be released... on how to monetize your community. This is something I learned while helping a brand go from $0 in sales to $1B in sales in sub-5 years!

Such a great point, Chris. The strength and support and boost that come from being part of an active, vibrant community are always needed and helpful, but especially so during tough economic times.
