Two years ago when business travel was frequent I was away and my wife unable to drive my son to a 5AM skating practice.?Though a snowstorm had occurred overnight, when Lorraine turned on the porch light at 5am Bob was standing there awaiting to drive my son.

In taking time to know people Bob seeks to add incremental value while building relationships - always ‘paying it forward’
