Best books I read in 2015
Hiroshi Mikitani is the Rakuten's CEO and one of the most disruptive Japanese leaders. I really enjoyed reading this book mainly because of the culture clash between the West and the East.
I strongly advise everyone with management\leadership responsibilities to read this book.
This is the natural book to read after Lean Startup. It gives an excellent insight on how to "innovate at scale".
Do you actually want to understand what Lean is? This is the book to read. It explains Lean in a very simple and straightforward way.
A must if you want to enhance your entrepreneurship spirit.
Taiichi Ohno is one of my heroes. Takehilko Harada really helps to discover more about Taiichi. This is a great book to learn more about TPS (Toyota Production System).
Do you want to know what Kaizen is? Just follow Masaaki's insight and inspiration :).
Any other good recommendations?
