Best Begins Just Now

What we achieve in our life is not an accident. It is the result of our greatest effort. But, problem is that most of us tend to be complacent as we settle down in our career, business or Life. When we feel comfort or secure with our workplace, we find it difficult to change our job. We feel complacent and intend to work whole life in the same job learning nothing new that could improve our life. We are indeed self killing ourselves by living our days through repetitive routine till we retired. That is why it is often been said that 10 years of working experience really means 1 year repeated 10 times. Life is too precious to be the same every day and the world is like salt water and the more we drink, the more we will be feeling thirst.

"When you are finished growing and changing you are truly finished."

*-- Ben Franklin

Complacent is a bad habit by itself.  It reduces our self-confidence as we tried to avoid anything difficult and always doing things that are easy.  In the long run, a person who lived that kind of life will be as timid as a mouse. Change and transformation are common aspect of our day to day life. If we fail to face changes positively, ruin of our life is must. So, complacency is highly destructive for our life, because it stops our innovation and fails to recognize either new opportunities or potential hazards. In fast-moving environments of risk, uncertainty, and the unknown, history books show us that this attitude is the perfect recipe for disaster.

If we want to go ahead for successful life, we have to come out from the circle of our comfort zone and strive for something new. For achieving new one, failure may come but, later failure may be the best way to get better. Success comes with just as many chances to learn. It is important to celebrate our success in order to maintain motivation, but it is also very important to keep us from getting too comfortable. Too comfortable brings complacency.

The best way to encroach ourselves out of the complacency rut is to admit that our best begins just now.
