I absolutely adore this developer, in today's volatile real estate industry in British Columbia 2018 there needs to be more brilliant organizations like Catalyst. It is imperative that the Government of BC, the private sector - now and in the future increase support for organizations that can be financially sustainable while offering rentals lower then market
Off course no organization is perfect or will outlast the curves of the real estate market; yet this organization is one that British Columbian's need to understand and when we all realize that this kind of 'Social enterprise' if I may term it that, is defintely the way of the future, if residents of BC and citizen's of Canada want to really succeed in increasing rental stock and investing for steady returns then take note of Catalyst and begin replicating their Model
I can't leave a post without plugging my own revenue stream....If you are a Realtor and cannot understand why your listings are not selling or your buyers are not completing then you should look at getting coached in addition to your Manager and Agency, they will always welcome your deal fees so do reach out and lets hopefully get you out of your slump!
