The Best BBQ & Cookout Health Hacks (As Seen On ABC 7 Chicago)

The Fourth of July is a time of celebration. It's also typically seen as the kickoff date for summer parties like BBQs and cookouts. 


 These summer celebrations are typically filled with plenty of food and drinks! Just because you're with your friends and family (or however you're celebrating social distancing style) doesn't mean you have to abandon your health and wellness journey.

Some of the easiest BBQ and cookout tricks my private weight loss clients have used to stay healthy while enjoying social gatherings are to incorporate exercises into the event. These can be great ways to have some friendly competition between friends and family!
