I am Philip Hessl started my career in a family inn, where I completed the apprenticeship as a gastronomy specialist (cook-waiter). After 4 years of training and the completion of the final apprenticeship examination, I was drawn out into the big, wide world for the first time.

My professional stations led me from down-to-earth restaurant chef to working in top restaurants. On cruise ships and in the 5 star hotel industry, I refined my knowledge and was later hired by a Saudi Arabian sheikh, among others.

Now in the job of private chef, I have been able to convince many celebrities, multinational CEOs and elite clients of my cooking skills and work aboard some of the most prestigious private and charter superyachts in the world.

After this exciting, valuable time, I went back home (Styria / Austria) where I worked in the management of several gastronomic facilities.

Now I dedicate myself to my new center of life - my beloved wife and the two wonderful children.
