  • Equity Dance-Off: Imagine you and the other person are on a see-saw. Are both sides balanced? If not, call it out and work together to find that sweet middle ground.
  • The “Pause & Play” Game: Before blurting out your thoughts, hit “pause” and ask yourself, “Have I really listened?” Then hit “play” when it’s your turn to speak AND only after you’ve truly heard the other side.
  • Invest Like a Pro: If there’s a skills gap in meeting expectations, treat it like a new hobby. Commit to learning, practicing, and leveling up. Relationships are worth the investment!
