I was asked to create a bespoke client database for Cleartech Communications LTD and now we're 300+ customers strong after a few month I think it's time to do a write-up of some of the features.
A very brief overview.
The user login utilises 2FA using an Authenticator on your device. The staff management is also robust and allows the super user to control what area staff can see or edit, plus if they can access the system out of hours.
The staff homepage at a glace gives them everything the need.
Clicking any of the profile icons takes you directly into a customer records for a more details view and further management.
Unfortunately there's a lot of customer data here so I won't show too much, but initially you are greeted with the profile page when you can add unlimited sites and contact details. Other tabs are available along the top of the page to manage the customers telecoms services.
All of the customer services can be found amongst these tabs. There is additional logic built into the backend, where changes in one area will trigger changes elsewhere, etc.
The Billing section allows a CSV from the telecoms supplier to be uploaded and the system will generate an invoice and add the necessary mark-up to the customer cost.
Of course all of this needs to come with a dashboard for management;
Finally for the Porting and Broadband tables, they wanted a little something funky with the status colours to help the engineers out.
