Bertrandt Ro and Bosch : TOP employers

On February 15th we took part in the contest of the important Romanian employer platform “undelucram.ro” in Bucharest. We were recognized as the second best employer in the engineering sector in Romania! The award is based on the employee and applicant ratings on the “undelucram.ro” platform. Different criteria such as development opportunities in the company, compensation package, work-life balance, management, company values and culture are taken into account. The ranking in the engineering sector is as follows: Transparency, positive corporate culture and commitment play an important role for us as a group and the award serves as proof of this.
