Great time to be a Marketing Manager. Marketing-related job postings on LinkedIn up 26% from January. Marketing Managers lead the way, accounting for nearly one-third of all new marketing positions.
SaaS Stays Hot
SaaS by far the largest new jobs category in marketing, followed by Technology, Internet, IT Services and Consulting, Financial Services and Advertising Services.
Candidates Holding Out
Distinctive trend in 2024: Candidates being more selective before making a jump. They tell me it's not just about salary or working remote. Biggest reason: Doing more due diligence into cultural fit.? Bravo. It's the #1 reason new hires fail.?
