When I got home from travelling in Germany yesterday, I received a text from Vodafone stating 'we understand that following last night's attack in Berlin, you may need to get in contact with loved ones without worrying about the cost. With this in mind we will be crediting back charges incurred in Germany between 20.15 on Monday 19.12 and 23.59 on Wednesday 21.12'.
Well done to Vodafone, what a great example of customer care and empathy at such a terrible time.
