Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Combines 2 Offices and Lands in Berlin

Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, one of the largest residential real estate firms in the United States recently celebrated their new location at 196 Berlin Turnpike in Berlin. They decided to bring two other offices together and Berlin was the perfect spot for both offices in one place.

“The Newington agents didn’t want to go to Wethersfield and the Wethersfield agents didn’t want to go to Newington so I looked for a space that was better for everybody and we found the space on the Berlin Turnpike that’s right across from the Home Depot,” explained Mike Tracy. “It was very centrally located, easy for the folks in Wethersfield to get to and easy for the folks in Newington to get to; so brand new building, brand new office and the agents were really excited to have this chance and so far it turned out awesome.”
