Personalised programs, eBooks and newsletters can be read in clients’ own time. Classes and 1-1 coaching can be booked on days and times that suit me and the client.?
From my perspective, building the Coach Elan business from home on my laptop has been much more productive than working in a busy gym environment where distractions are hard to ignore!?
