Benefits of Strength Training
The last five years have been the most challenging as an adult for me. When life gets tough we tend to give up on the things that brings the most value. One of those things is strength training especially for those of us over 50. Below are some benefits of not giving up on having a strength training program.
The work is never done with strength training. This is a practice of being consistent and knowing your worth.

Like you, I believe in "Training for Life" and that training is physical, spirtual, psychological, emotional and financial so that when I am running on empty in the aforementioned areas, or when life throws me a curve ball, I can tap into the strengths/reserves I built up over the years to not just survive, but to thrive.
