For all executives and leaders, there are numerous advantages and benefits of being held?accountable, specifically in all?corporate and entrepreneurial business environments and the corresponding positions of?responsibility.

Because?accountability?helps them to grow in self-control as they have to answer for their choices and actions, it is essential to improve their pursuit of enhancing the knowledge and skills necessary to set goals, attain their desired outcomes and hit targets.

And with accountability as a leadership core value, mistakes aren't hidden, blame is not shifted, and trust is not lost!

Instead, it breeds trust among team members, employees, clients and business partners, as mistakes are owned and corrected, and in the end, additional value is added for everybody.

So yes, holding executives and leaders accountable definitely benefits them, their teams, companies or their organisation as a whole.?
