Transformons ensemble le monde du recrutement
5 个月I fully agree Juan Ignacio Gonzalez Having team full of diverse backgrounds, cultures and personalities can bring so much on the table! It will wider the possibilities bringing new/other ways of thinking or reacting to events. But also help challenging current operations, setup or even decision making. ?? For example, when recruiting someone in my team, I will always go to at least one or two persons in the team that I know function very differently to myself and will assess the candidate from a different perspective. Often, it will give me more elements to take an unbiased decision and for the better of the team.
