Have you had a go with ChatGPT yet? ??

If you missed it over the weekend, OpenAI released the research version of their AI-powered chat bot based on conversational AI - and it's speed and usability is blowing people's minds. Ask it a question, and in a couple of seconds it writes you a full answer or explanation, in plain English. It's like google, ask the public and the worlds fastest copywriter all rolled into one.

Just for fun I asked the AI chatbot why firms should be using AI to analyse their client feedback. Yes I realise that this could all get a bit meta and it demonstrates I need to get out more. But bear with me. In response, ChatGPT gave me three benefits of AI-powered feedback analysis:

  1. AI-powered analysis can provide more comprehensive and accurate insights than manual analysis
  2. AI-powered analysis can save time and resources, freeing up their teams to focus on other important tasks
  3. AI-powered analysis can provide real-time insights that help firms to stay ahead of potential problems and maintain a positive reputation with their clients

Now of course, like ChatGPT I'm biased! MyCustomerLens uses AI to power it's always-on client listening. Nonetheless this seems like a solid argument to me, and one that was developed from studying millions of other texts.

My favourite questions so far have been asking it to explain customer feedback in the style of heavy metal and rap songs. Try it, I dare you, you won't get the choruses out of your head ??
