Hello, amazing people,
I'm excited to bring you another edition of our newsletter - Happiness At Work, packed with fresh insights, intriguing stories, and practical tips to brighten up your work life.
Let's dive into the world of workplace happiness and keep our journey of joy and discovery rolling!
Leveraging Nature and Green Spaces for Mental Health -
Green Breaks: Regular breaks in green spaces, like parks or gardens, can significantly reduce mental fatigue and stress, rejuvenating your mind for better work performance.
Plant a Desk Buddy: Adding a small plant to your desk not only purifies the air but also has a calming effect, enhancing your ability to focus and solve complex tasks.
Nature-Infused Decor: Incorporate nature-themed decor in the office, like photographs of landscapes or natural textures. These elements can subconsciously bring the tranquility of nature into your workday.
Outdoor Meetings: Whenever possible, hold meetings outdoors or in areas with access to natural surroundings. This can lead to more relaxed and creative brainstorming sessions.
Walking Meetings: Instead of traditional sit-down meetings, try walking meetings in a nearby green space. Physical activity paired with a change of scenery can spark creativity and collaboration.
Happiness for ad agencies -
I started working in advertising back in 2012. From day 1, I managed the clients, debriefed the creative teams, participated in brainstorms, and whatnot! Over the years I realized, that advertising professionals are under tremendous stress and the lifestyle doesn't support it as much.
So, it was like a dream come true when keep it hygge started working with Motley Advertising, a boutique agency based in Mumbai. Together we have created more than 5-6 activities till now and our association is going to continue this year as well! Because of my advertising background, we could dig deeper and come up with activities that will resonate with ad people and bring happiness to their work days!

Character Spotlight: Tony Stark (Iron Man) from Marvel Comics
This week's edition focuses on Tony Stark, also known as Iron Man, a standout character from Marvel Comics. Tony Stark isn't just a superhero, he's a brilliant inventor, a business mogul, and at times, a conflicted human being.
His journey from a self-absorbed genius to a hero who makes the ultimate sacrifice is a rich narrative of growth and redemption. What makes Tony Stark especially relatable is his vulnerability. Despite his outer shell of confidence and humor, he battles personal demons, from his struggle with substance abuse to his fear of failure and loss.
These challenges make his moments of courage and selflessness even more impactful. The way he treats his trusted ones, be it Happy or be it Miss Pepper Potts is commendable. He likes to be in control no matter what the situation is, but his capacity to evolve brings him major success when he becomes a part of the Avengers. The way he takes Peter (spiderman) is also a great lesson in leadership.
Tony Stark's evolution is a testament to the idea that people can change for the better. His journey from focusing solely on his interests to considering the greater good is a powerful narrative of responsibility and heroism.
