What areas does UEA’s postgraduate research cover?

Our postgraduate research programmes cover a wide range of areas in Arts and Humanities, Medicine and Health Sciences, Science and Social Sciences. Ninety-one per cent of our research is officially rated as “world-leading” or “internationally excellent” and our research has an impact that goes way beyond academia.

How do external organisations get involved in UEA’s postgraduate research?

There are many ways of doing this, including:

• Collaborating with us on a research project – so that your organisation benefits directly from cutting-edge research into an area that’s important to you
• Hosting a postgraduate research student – benefitting from their expertise and skills
• Contributing to training to ensure postgraduates develop the right skill set for your organisation and your sector
• Being part of the supervisory team (mentoring) – benefitting from being part of a network of experts
• Financially supporting scholarships or internships in research areas that matter to you.
