Benefit of Doubt

“The wise man lets go of all results, whether good or bad and is focused on the action alone”. People say that India suffers from unemployment, but the fact is there are number of jobs in the country, but the lacking is the skills of the candidates. Also, after deeply analysing the situation, every company wants to give chance to the freshers but freshers don’t understand that they are coming to learn and grow, not to make money at the starting point of their career. Moreover, they always compare themselves to the experienced person and show their grievance as they are not getting the other benefits but the clarity which they don’t have is if two things are compared then they need to be in the same stage.

“Ironically people who are good at giving advice, find it difficult to follow their own”. Giving advice to others is very easy but following them for their own is not everyone cup of tea and therefore it is always said that while giving advices, the first step is to step into the shoes of others and analysing all the situations. On the contrary, now-a-days giving advice to any person is not required as at the end you will be only blamed by the person if any mis - happening would happen as the person will not blame himself for choosing the decision for oneself, rather than you will be blamed for giving the advice. “If you keep blaming something or someone else for your problems, you will never learn why problems come your way”.

Providing a reference for a worthy employee is not only kind, it’s a smart career move. But what if you refer someone, and he doesn’t perform, you look bad therefore You’re putting your reputation on the line. If you’ve got someone who’s worked hard for you, and you can’t promote him or he’s moving to Minneapolis, you should try to support him however you can but on the contrary, you should make sure that this should not be taken for granted as people always believe that if something comes on their way easily, they wont last forever and even they don’t work hard for it as they don’t value it. “Referring a fresher or an experienced person is your choice but always make sure that they value their job, then only they will work hard and you will be happy to help someone else coming up”.
